Every puppy is at the heart of our beliefs and mission of placing healthy puppies into loving homes. The health of your puppy is a big deal. It is as important to you as it is to us! While we would love to guarantee your puppy will be happy and healthy for as long as you both shall live, a number of factors not always within our control contribute to the overall health of your new family member. In addition to your love and companionship, feeding a balanced and nutritious diet, exercise and regular vet visits are measures you should take as a responsible pet owner to keep your puppy healthy.

Before any puppy leaves our care, they undergo a thorough health examination by a licensed veterinarian. This includes a complete physical check, vaccinations, and deworming treatments. We provide a copy of these health records so you have a clear picture of your puppy's health status.

We offer a 30 days initial health guarantee to cover any undisclosed pre-existing health conditions. If your puppy shows signs of a pre-existing illness within the first 30 days, please contact us immediately. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue and may offer a replacement or reimbursement for necessary medical care, subject to the terms outlined below.
